The TSA is beginning to loosen their stupid safety policies.  Like taking off your shoes.

However they are still paranoid and thus they will allow anyone 75 and older to keep their shoes on and also their jacket - because you know old people get cold.

This is very nice of the TSA - but I see flaws in this policy.

First of all, who has more incentive to try to do harm?  A 30 year old with a long time to live or an 80 year old who is in the twilight of their life?  We should be testing the elderly more!

And letting them leave their coats on?  I can only think the TSA is doing this because of the whining of the elderly that they are cold.

Here’s a tip to the TSA, they will whine about being cold even if you let them keep their jackets on.  And wait until they get into the plane, give them blankets!  

Let the young pass through without taking their shoes off - make the elderly take em off!
